1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this site and every order placed with Nu Peptides Inc. ("Nu Peptides", "we", "us"). By using this site, confirming the statements on our verification page, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Research use only

All products we supply are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

Products must not be used for human or animal consumption, or for clinical, therapeutic, veterinary or household purposes, and must not be resold for any of those uses. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you are a qualified researcher, or are buying for a laboratory, institution or business;
• you have the training, facilities and safety protocols needed to handle research materials;
• you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may request verification and may decline, cancel or terminate any order or account at our discretion, including where an order appears to be for personal use.

5. Pricing and payment

• prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated;
• prices may change without notice;
• payments are processed by secure third-party processors; and
• you represent that your payment information is accurate and authorised.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

• delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees;
• risk of loss transfers on confirmed delivery; and
• the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and compliance obligations.

7. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research materials, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us at support@nupeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion for verified fulfilment errors.

8. Testing and documentation

Certificates of analysis, lot numbers, HPLC purity figures, mass spec results and related documentation are provided in good faith for research reference and traceability. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and expressly no warranty of fitness for human or veterinary use.

It is your responsibility to confirm that a product suits your intended research application before use.

9. Assumption of risk and safe handling

Research materials may be hazardous, unstable or toxic. By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for proper laboratory handling, storage and disposal, compliance with safety and containment protocols, and any misuse, exposure or unauthorised application.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse, including any use in or on a human or animal body.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Peptides Inc., its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim, damage, loss or liability arising from your misuse or unauthorised use of the products, or your violation of these terms.

12. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misrepresentation or non-compliance with these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
